We want you to be completely happy with your TryJellyToys purchase. You may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our return conditions.

To be eligible for a return, items should be in their original condition and include any original packaging or tags where applicable. Items that are damaged, used, or altered may not be eligible for a return.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will review the issue and help you with the appropriate solution.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method or financial institution.

Shipping

At TryJellyToys, we work hard to get your cuddly friends to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 7–10 days, depending on your destination and shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your package's journey.
